Set up once, then go offline
- While you are online, open Aura and download the speech model and a voice.
- Import the documents you want to hear.
- Turn off Wi‑Fi, or go where there is no signal. Press play.

Why offline is better
Many reading apps send your text to a cloud server to make the speech. That needs a connection, and your text leaves your phone. Aura makes the speech on your phone, so it works in airplane mode and your text stays with you. Read more about privacy.
